The findings show that while many marketers are engaging in multichannel marketing, some are still facing challenges.
- 56% of respondents cite disconnected tech platforms as a major obstacle to integrated marketing.
- A 360-degree view of the customer is considered the holy grail however, only 29% of marketers have the resources to achieve this.
- Considering the high impact reported on marketing performance, only 27% of organisations today leverage a cross-channel campaign management tool.
